Concrete Driveways That Stand the Test of Time
A concrete driveway is one of the best long-term investments you can make in your property. Unlike asphalt or gravel, a properly installed concrete driveway can last 30–50 years with minimal maintenance — adding curb appeal, durability, and value to your home or business.
M2 Mini LLC installs concrete driveways for residential and light commercial properties throughout Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, and nearby Linn County communities. We handle every phase of the project: site preparation, grading, base compaction, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
Every driveway we pour starts with the right foundation. Proper sub-base preparation and drainage are just as important as the concrete itself — skip that step and even good concrete will crack and fail prematurely.

- Stays cooler than asphalt in summer heat
- Available in multiple finish options: broom finish, exposed aggregate, stamped
- Does not soften or rut in hot weather like asphalt

- Excellent drainage when properly sloped and jointed
Our Driveway Installation Process
We visit your property, assess the site, discuss your goals, and provide a clear written estimate — no surprises.
We excavate to proper depth, grade for drainage, and compact the sub-base to create a stable foundation.
Forms are set to exact grade and slope. We install gravel base and any required reinforcement.
Concrete is placed, screeded, and finished with your chosen surface texture. Control joints are cut to prevent cracking.
We apply curing compound and clean up the site. You receive care instructions for your new driveway.
Concrete Driveway FAQ
-
How long does a concrete driveway last in Oregon?
A properly installed concrete driveway typically lasts 30 to 50 years in Oregon with minimal maintenance. Proper sub-base preparation, correct concrete mix, and control joint placement are key factors in longevity. Oregon’s wet winters and freeze/thaw cycles in some areas make proper installation even more important.
-
How thick should a residential concrete driveway be?
Residential concrete driveways are typically poured 4 inches thick over a properly compacted base. For heavier vehicles such as RVs, trailers, or delivery trucks, we recommend 5 to 6 inches for added strength and longevity.
-
How long after pouring can I drive on a concrete driveway?
We recommend waiting at least 7 days before driving regular passenger vehicles on your new concrete driveway. Heavy vehicles should wait a full 28 days for the concrete to reach its designed cure strength. We’ll give you specific guidance for your project based on weather conditions.
-
Do you offer exposed aggregate or stamped concrete driveways?
Yes. M2 Mini LLC offers standard broom-finish concrete as well as exposed aggregate finishes that provide additional texture and visual appeal. Stamped concrete options are available depending on project scope — contact us to discuss what works best for your project and budget.
-
Do you handle old driveway tear-out and replacement?
Yes. We can remove your existing concrete or asphalt driveway, haul away all debris, and install a brand-new concrete driveway. Contact us for a full tear-out and replacement estimate.
