A Patio That Works As Hard As You Do
A concrete patio is one of the most practical and durable outdoor improvements you can make. Concrete handles Oregon weather well, requires minimal maintenance, and provides a stable, level surface for outdoor furniture, grills, fire pits, and family gatherings.
M2 Mini LLC installs concrete patios for homes and properties in Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, and nearby communities. We work with you on layout, drainage, finish options, and any special features like steps, borders, or adjacent flatwork. Our goal is a finished product that looks great and lasts for decades.
We offer standard broom-finish patios as well as decorative options including exposed aggregate and stamped concrete patterns. Whatever your style and budget, we can deliver a clean, professional result.
Concrete Patio Options
Broom Finish
The most popular and cost-effective finish. A broom is dragged across the wet concrete to create a textured, slip-resistant surface. Clean, practical, and durable.
Stamped Concrete
Patterns pressed into fresh concrete to mimic stone, slate, cobblestone, or brick. Adds a decorative, high-end look at a fraction of the cost of natural stone.
Exposed Aggregate
The top layer of cement paste is removed to expose the natural stone aggregate. Creates a decorative, slip-resistant surface with a natural appearance.
Our Patio Installation Process
We visit your property, discuss layout options, finish choices, and steps or borders, then provide a clear written estimate.
We excavate to proper depth, ensure correct drainage slope, and compact the sub-base material.
Forms are set to exact dimensions and grade. Any required reinforcement (rebar or wire mesh) is installed.
Concrete is placed and finished to your chosen texture. Control joints are added to control cracking.
Curing compound is applied, forms removed, and the site is cleaned up. You get care instructions for your new patio.
Concrete Patio FAQ
What concrete finishes are available for patios?
We offer broom finish (standard textured surface), exposed aggregate (decorative stone surface), and stamped concrete (patterns that mimic stone, slate, or brick). Each has different looks and price points — we can discuss what fits your project and budget best.
How do I maintain a concrete patio?
Concrete patios are low-maintenance. Sweep and rinse regularly, and apply a concrete sealer every 2–3 years to protect the surface and enhance appearance. Avoid using de-icing salts in winter, which can cause surface spalling and damage.
Can you pour a patio on a slope?
Yes. We can grade and pour concrete patios on sloped properties. The finished patio will be poured with a slight slope (typically 1/8 to 1/4 inch per foot) away from the house to ensure proper water drainage and prevent pooling.
How long does a concrete patio pour take?
Most residential patio pours are completed in one day. Site preparation (grading, forming, base compaction) may require an additional day or two before the pour, depending on project size and site conditions. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at the estimate stage.
